  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar (or maple syrup)
  • 1/4 semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 pure vanilla extract
  • ​Pinch of salt
  • ​Mini marshmallows & chocolate syrup for topping

Method
 

  1. Combine Base: In a small saucepan, add milk, cocoa powder, sugar, and a pinch of salt. Whisk well to combine.
  2. ​Heat & Melt: Heat over medium heat until steaming (do not boil). Add the chocolate chips and vanilla extract, whisking continuously until the chocolate is fully melted and creamy (about 2–3 minutes).
