No-Bake Strawberry Cheesecake Cups

An easy, elegant, and creamy no-bake dessert layered with graham cracker crumbs, cream cheese filling, and fresh strawberries.
Prep Time 10 minutes
Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened at room temperature)
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream (chilled)
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries (diced)
  • Optional: Strawberry jam or glaze for topping

Equipment

  • 4 small serving glasses or mason jars
  • Mixing bowl
  • Hand mixer or whisk

Method

  1. Make Crust: In a small bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until it resembles wet sand. Divide the mixture evenly among the 4 serving glasses, pressing down gently.
  2. Make Cheesecake Filling: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  3. Whip Cream: In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until light and fluffy.
  4. Layer the Cups: Spoon or pipe the cheesecake mixture over the graham cracker crust in each glass.
  5. Top & Chill: Top with fresh diced strawberries (and a drizzle of strawberry jam if desired). Serve immediately or chill in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving!
